Simply Wales is proud to support Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team.
The Central Beacons team covers the central area of the Brecon Beacons. Incorporating Pen-y-Fan, the highest point in Southern Britain, at 886m and the valley of Ystradfellte waterfalls. The total area that we provide primary cover for is 1437 square km. The team is involved in both rural and urban searches as well as rescues and operate on behalf of the police & emergency services.
